Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehabilitation

Fayette County Hospitals and Long Term Care offers cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation programs.   The program is supervised, monitored, individualized, educational, and an exercise program.

Entry into the program requires the referral of each patient's personal physician who will continue to provide primary care.  All or part of the fees are recognized as legitimate medical expenses by most insurance plans.  However, you will need to check your policy regarding insurance benefits.
