Position Purpose: The CNA is responsible for providing direct and indirect patient care under the direction of an RN or LPN. The CNA assists residents with Activities of Daily Living, provides personal care, comfort, and support. Maintains a safe and clean environment for all residents.

Deb Morris, CNM has provided midwifery services at Greenville Family Wellness Center since 2007. Deb has served as a Certified Nurse Midwife since 1990, obtaining her Masters of Science in Nursing degree with a Nurse Midwifery Speciality from Georgetown University in Washington, D.C. Since that time she has provided OB/GYN services in women’s health clinics and primary care settings.

The nomination form for Joanna states: Joanna is great to work with. Even on busy days she always maintains a pleasant attitude. She is very team orientated and has come in many times when we were short staffed. Joanna is very flexible and always willing to help in other departments. Joanna is very compassionate with the patients. She always puts her patients first and is a great patient advocate. She goes above and beyond to provide excellent service. She is very knowledgeable, and very deserving of this award.
