Patient Care and Safety Concerns
It is our policy at Fayette County Hospital and Long Term Care that you are informed of your rights and given the opportunity to present your concerns. During the course of your stay in our facility, we know that concerns arise and we would like to know about them. Hearing your concerns gives us an opportunity to improve our delivery of care. We would also like to hear about what we are doing right. We would like you to share compliments about your visit as well. We strive to provide excellent service to you and your family.
Please feel free to report any compliments or concerns. If you or a designated representative has a compliment or a concern regarding care received, you or your representative are encouraged to first contact the manager of the department where your care was received. Additional resources are:
